ABOUT ME

I wish we were sharing our stories over a great cup of coffee. And while I’d much rather hear yours, I’ll share a little of mine.

I’m an over-50, small-town girl, married to my high school sweetheart. We have two daughters we’re absolutely crazy about, two wonderful sons-in-law, and the best by far—our grandgirls. They call me “Muffin,” and I couldn’t be happier about it.

For most of my life, I was confident in who I was and in the fact that God loved me and created me on purpose for a purpose. I’ve been a school teacher, marketing consultant, worship leader, Bible teacher, and stay-at-home mom. In every season, I’ve found fulfillment in equipping and empowering others—helping them grow in their careers, relationships, and spiritual lives.

And then came my forties…

Suddenly, I began struggling with aging, identity, and finding my place in the world. I felt disconnected, like I wasn’t quite myself. That’s when I found a coach.

Working with a coach is what truly helped me rediscover myself. I knew right away—it was what I was meant to do.

Now, I use my experience and training to help other women of all ages rediscover their true identities, overcome obstacles, and move forward with confidence and joy. If that resonates with you, and you’re looking for clarity and direction in your own life, I’m here to help.

Together, we’ll uncover what drives you, identify the changes you want to make, and create a personalized action plan aligned with your values and goals. I look forward to walking with you through this season of growth and transformation—because the work you’ll do is SO worth it.
